Is this site secure?
Yes, Zontik Games sends all private information over a secure connection and does not store any financial information about its customers.

What is your return policy?
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 10 days (except special order items) of receipt of your order. We will refund you the purchase price (excluding Shipping & Handling) less a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for any shipping charges for returned items. Custom items (items designated with a 2+ week time frame for delivery) are non refundable.


Do you have a store front?
Zontik Games does not have a store front, our games are only available online.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our games internationally.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

What shipping method is used?
Zontik Games uses USPS for most parcels.

Can I use my own shipping carrier?
Yes, We can use your shipping carrier if you provide us with your information.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery varies between products and you should take note of the delivery time stated on a product's page.

I need the game tonight. Can I pick up in New York City?
If we have your product in-stock, we can have it hand-delivered to you immediately for a fee. Please inquire with our concierge at help@zontikgames.com


Is it possible to place the order via fax?

Can I customize the rubiks cube?
Although the Rubik's Cube does not have the option of customization on our site, we are open to your ideas. Contact our concierge at help@zontikgames.com and we'll see what can be done.

Do you have high resolution photographs of your games?
Yes, absolutely. We display a limited number of photos on our product pages and shrink them down for quicker download. If you desire even more photos, or high resolutions we can furnish them upon request. Please email our concierge at help@zontikgames.com

Are your board game titles licensed?
Yes, all of our games are authorized and licensed by their respective copyright and trademark owners.

Do you sell game parts separately if I have lost or broken mine?
In some cases we may be able to sell you replacement game parts separately. Please contact our concierge at help@zontikgames.com

Can the Rubik's Cube be used for speed-cubing?
No, due to the material, weight, and construction of the Rubik's Cube we don't recommend it for speed-cubing.

Which set of questions are used in the Trivial Pursuit game?
The questions used in our Trivial Pursuit game are identical to the questions from the first edition of the game, the 1981 Genus edition.

Can I see the games before I buy them?
We do our very best to depict how beautiful our games are by adding rich photography to product pages. Unfortunately, we do not currently have a retail presence and as such cannot offer you to view the games in person.

Where are the games manufactured?
Our manufacturers vary between Athens, Milan, London, and Paris.

Do you have rules for the games?
Yes, all of our games come with rules.

Do you have any of the custom games in stock?
There may be some instances where a custom game is in stock. If this is the case, we will make you aware of any potential expedited delivery times.
